Four-day ride from Moonville to Newberry (~67mi), Augusta (~79mi), Walterboro (~98mi) and finishing in Beaufort, SC (~ 68mi). This is intended to be a ride and not a race. Enjoy riding across SC with your fellow Spinners.
SIGN UP NOW as this ride will be capped at 80 riders. Once we have your application and $200 entry fee, we will send the list of hotels that we have secured discounted blocks. We ask that once you have those that you make your reservation but DO NOT reserve multiple rooms.
The ride will include SAG stops along the way, but you should be prepared to be self-sufficient. The volunteers driving the SAG vehicles are not mechanics and will have limited supplies/tools. Each participant is responsible for their own accommodations and meals.
Please Note: We have secured bus service for rider transportation back to our starting point at Ingles. All riders (and/ or guests) needing transportation will need to purchase a bus ticket ($65.00 per person). Unfortunately, no bus ticket refunds can be issued; however, your ticket is transferable to another cyclist.
Tour Cost: Registration is $200 for Spinners members and $235 for non-Spinners members. All participants must have a current Spinners membership to participate for liability reasons. If you prefer to join the Spinners through our website, the address is www.GreenvilleSpinners.org
Your registration cost includes the rental truck transporting your luggage/ coolers to the hotel each day, three (3) SAG support vehicles with food/ drinks, tour maps, GPS files and a tour T-shirt. Hotel lodging and meals are NOT included in the tour cost. There are limited dining options for Day 3 in Walterboro, so you can purchase a $10 Pizza Ticket, and we will order pizzas for all of those who wish to take advantage of this and eat at the hotel. These are all listed under the Add on tab. Please make sure to select your T-shirt size.
In the event that you are not able to attend the tour, refunds will be given until March 30th, 2024, after which NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED! You can however, transfer your registration to another rider up until the day we depart.
